Pattern sizing has changed several times through the years. If you are unsure of what size of vintage pattern to select, it is best to go by your bust size. I have an Ebay guide that compares the sizing differences through the years. This may also be helpful for you.http://stores.ebay.com/Lindas-Sew-Be-It/WOMENS-SIZING-CHARTS-THRU-THE-YEARS.html
I have a huge collection of vintage sewing patterns and crafts. Some are over 70 years old. I usually don't know the condition of their previous home. Sometimes they have musty, old or smoke odors. I do keep them in drawers with sachets, but, if you have allergies or sensitivities to these, please consider this when shopping.
If you don't find what you're looking for, in my store, please email me. I might have it in inventory.
